My approach to tutoring is centred around understanding each pupil as an individual and adapting my teaching to their specific needs, ability and learning style. I aim to create a positive, supportive environment where pupils feel confident to ask questions, make mistakes and develop a genuine enjoyment of learning. I use assessment and ongoing feedback to identify gaps, set achievable goals and plan targeted lessons.
