About Kimi
Hello, I'm Kimi, a qualified Primary Teacher and Head of English with over 8 years of teaching experience across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
I am passionate about helping children become confident, successful learners and believe that every child can thrive when given the right support. Throughout my teaching career, I have successfully helped pupils close learning gaps, prepare for SATs, improve their reading, writing and maths skills, and develop greater confidence in their abilities.
My lessons are carefully tailored to each child's individual needs, strengths and next steps. I use engaging resources, clear explanations and regular assessment to ensure that learning is purposeful, enjoyable and effective. Whether your child requires support with core subjects, exam preparation, or confidence-building, I create a personalised learning journey that helps them make meaningful progress.
As both a classroom teacher and school leader, I understand the curriculum in depth and know how to adapt teaching to suit different learning styles. My goal is to ensure every child feels supported, challenged and proud of their achievements while developing a lifelong love of learning.
