About Lydia
I'm passionate about teaching and inspiring students of all ages and would love to expand my student base. I have a Primary PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status and a degree in Illustration.
I care greatly about helping students achieve their academic goals, whilst still ensuring lessons are enjoyable!

My lessons are catered for the learning style of the student, I aim for my lessons to be fun, interactive and include lots of practice.
My lessons are typically one hour long, I ensure previous learning is built upon, misconceptions quickly addressed and that learning is enjoyable and memorable!
I have previously tutored Maths 1-1 in one-hour-long sessions to Year 7 and 8 students, and English, Creative Writing and Verbal Reasoning to year 4 and 5 students.
Experience teaching English as a Foreign Language whilst studying for my CELTA qualification (now completed) from Cambridge University.
In addition to this, I have experience teaching Primary level across the curriculum.
