About Muhammad
My ex-students are doing degrees in Medicines, Pharmacy, Chemical engineering and Bio medical Sciences at the University of Birmingham, Nottingham, Aston and other competitive universities in the UK. Due to excellent A-Level results, Prince Edward visited my Biology lesson in October 2014.
The reason for applying to this position is to take a more challenging, exciting and rewarding opportunity to meet my competencies, capabilities, skills, education and experience. This opportunity would enable me to achieve my goal of making a direct difference to young people’s lives.

I firmly believe that teaching is an art that requires two things; passion and preparation. I am passionate about my profession as well as organized and knowledgeable in my subject area.
I would say that my main strength is the ability to build good relationship with students based on mutual respect. I use a variety of auditory, visual and kinaesthetic activities to engage the students and make the learning fun and personalised to the student’s individual needs. Wherever possible I try to encourage collaborative working and have developed lessons which encourage discussion and cumulative collaboration to achieve tasks. I strongly believe that these techniques are essential in order to encourage all students to participate in their learning experience.
I firmly believe in the use of assessment information, both formative and summative, to better inform planning and teaching in the classrooms. I have developed excellent tracking mechanism to record and review the progress of students’ at all key stages KS3-5.
