About Louise
I love teaching Spanish! I really enjoy working with clients one-to-one at GCSE. It gives me the opportunity to focus entirely on one pupil and give them the precise support they require. With my extensive experience teaching GCSE Spanish, it won't take me long to work out how best to help you achieve your Spanish goal. As an approved examiner at GCSE, I understand how to develop your Spanish to ensure success. I am patient, friendly, and I understand how stressful it can be to not get where you want with your language. I have supported countless students just like you who need that little boost and extra support to get over the final line! I will get you there!

As an approved examiner for GCSE Spanish, I have the expertise to ensure success in your exams! We will assess how best to secure the best grade for you and focus on this area. You might want to practise some more challenging listening tasks, or perhaps drill grammar and 8+/A* phrases for your writing and speaking exams. Is vocabulary an area you want to focus on? No problem. I can hone in on the most common vocabulary which catches candidates out. Lessons generally last one hour to ensure we get the opportunity to practise and embed any new skills. My area of expertise is GCSE, but I have taken lots of clients from KS3 to A Level! I have an MA (Hons) in Spanish and German, a PGCE (Secondary) and have been in the classroom as a teacher and Head of Department since 2010. I've been freelancing as an online Spanish tutor since 2019, supporting over 50 pupils achieve their Spanish GCSE goals.
