About Sofia
I am a qualified teacher with 11 years’ experience, based in South East London. I offer flexible tutoring sessions during evenings and weekends to support families around busy schedules. I am passionate about tutoring because it allows me to work closely with children on a one-to-one basis, tailoring learning to their individual needs and building confidence where it matters most. I particularly enjoy helping pupils secure strong foundations in phonics, Maths, and English, enabling them to thrive both academically and personally.

I am an experienced teacher with over 11 years in education. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Studies and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from Goldsmiths, University of London. I have expert knowledge of phonics, including Jolly Phonics and the Little Wandle scheme.
