About Sian
I am an ex-FE lecturer and author with a degree in Business and Management and a teaching degree. I have taught Business, Functional Skills, and ESOL to ages 16+ for the last five years. I have experience managing small enterprises and have a special interest in international business.

My teaching style is to work with the goals of the individual and motivate learners by focussing on projects which are relevant and interesting to them personally. I like to give learners a range of media to work with and from.
