About Fergus
I am a teacher of several years' experience.
I combine my online tutoring work with a busy classroom-based practice where I consistently deliver content-rich lessons that set high expectations of pupils, allowing them to achieve the best outcomes they can in exams.
I have strong knowledge of the exams system. I can work with candidates to improve examination technique and essay writing.

I offer lessons to cater to students of different abilities.
At GCSE, the focus is on applying accurate knowledge to well-structured answers. I can help with the demands of different exam boards, especially AQA.
At A Level, the focus is on clear written communication, seeking to develop sophisticated argument-making and evaluation. Here, I work to prepare candidates for OCR's A Level in Religious Studies.
