About Georgia
graduated from the University of Sussex in 2015 and have worked in a Secondary School ever since. I am currently head of Government and Politics, as well as being a History teacher. I have tutored in various subjects for the past 8 years, however, my specialities are History and Politics. I have always enjoyed tutoring and have always been happy with the progress my students have made. I am an enthusiastic teacher, with various teaching styles; I prefer to have a mixture of knowledge based lessons, as well as exam practice, but this is conducted in a way that students can understand and access fully. I cater each lesson to the students' own needs, so that they get the best from any lesson! I have produced very good results in my teaching both in school and tutoring outside of school, with students commenting how much they have benefited from having a tutor. I have been a GCSE history examiner for the past 3 years, so my lessons really focus on applying content to exam technique and how to get the marks in the exams. I like student involvement as much as possible so that the lessons can really benefit the students.
