About Eleonora
I'm a qualified teacher and I'm currently working at the University of Greenwich as a Language Assistant and Language Advisor. I am therefore used to give daily classes to large groups of students as well as individual lessons.
With experience in teaching foreign languages at Secondary School as well as in activities outside of the traditional classroom, I have a diverse background with much to offer.
Notably, I'm specialized in teaching Foreign Languages to Adult Learners and I have acquired an extensive experience in this field.
Furthermore, I have deepened my knowledge of French living and studying at Nice University in France for one academic year.

As a teacher my method is mainly based on the Communicative Approach.
This teaching approach highlights the importance of real communication for learning to take place. Notably, it is aimed at developing the learner’s competence to communicate in the target language, with an enhanced focus on real-life situations.
Starting from the selection and elaboration of teaching materials derived from authentic texts, as well as the use of specific books, multimedia resources and a wide range of other teaching materials, I'm able to obtain great results from every student.
Having a long experience in private tutoring, I can also help you prepare University exams as well as Language Certificates exams, with the use of specific books and materials aimed at this purpose!
