About Dominika
I am a qualified language teacher with experience teaching a wide range of clients--from pre-school children to adults. I adapt the classes to each individual's needs and always try to create a relaxed environment in which students feel comfortable to speak and ask questions.
I have a First Class Degree in French and Spanish from The University of Hull (England), PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages and MA in professional Translation from The University of Granada in Spain.

As someone who had to learn English and Spanish -- and achieved a near-native level in both -- I put emphasis on teaching my students where the different sounds come from and how to produce them; this often avoids a lot of frustration and helps students (especially intermediate and adult) to improve their pronunciation faster.
I have experience preparing the IELTS exam and can coach those that struggle with their dissertation. I understand how daunting living in a new country can be and have, in the past taught students who needed to master a new language quickly to be able to communicate. I also have a deep knowledge of the secondary curriculum and can help students excel at their Spanish GCSE or A level exams.
