About Maja
As a university student exploring deeper into the subjects of Spanish and English literature, I am devoted to utilising my experiences and helping others. Having gone through the same systems in school, I know what works and what doesn't when it comes to learning languages and literature.
In my opinion, students do not get enough opportunities to practice, which stunts their development. So, I would like to become this opportunity!
I have completed an 120 hour TEFL course where I was equipped with the skills and methodologies necessary for a teacher. I have also hosted multiple language exchanges with peers from France and Spain, who I taught English to and regularly maintain contact with. I speak three languages and achieved all As and A*s in my GCSEs and A-levels.

I am a qualified TEFL tutor, highly passionate about teaching languages and literature.
My lessons place an emphasis on doing! During our lessons, I will devote time to letting my students apply their knowledge and give them the opportunity to practice. This is followed by detailed feedback that is constructive and encouraging for the student.
I teach secondary school and GCSE level pupils on English language and literature, and Spanish. I can help with creative writing, structuring essays, analysing and discussing texts and reaching a more advanced writing style.
