About Kenosi
I have been practising yoga for 30 years and teaching for two decades. My background in ballet, specialised study of human anatomy and physiology and personal experience with chronic disease recovery has honed my skills in transformational yoga work.

My teaching method is based in traditional yoga practice but underpinned by modern science. My husband likes to say I'm 'not a crystal dangler'. I incorporate neuro-linguistic programming and cognitive behaviour therapy in my sessions and I enjoy moving practitioners forward both physically and mentally.
