Hi, my name is Fulraj. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance and Accounting at QUT, after graduating from Ormiston College in 2024. I have experience tutoring students in English, Math, Accounting and Business, and I enjoy helping students build confidence in subjects they may find difficult.
My teaching style is patient, clear and practical. I focus on breaking down complex ideas into simple steps, improving students’ understanding, and helping them feel more prepared for assessments and exams. I am especially confident supporting senior students in English, Business, Accounting and Economics, while also offering math support for primary and lower high school students.

I have experience as an EzyMath Tutor, supporting students in English, Math, Accounting and Business. I also have experience in coaching and customer-facing roles, which has helped me develop strong communication skills, patience and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
My approach to tutoring is supportive, practical and tailored to each student’s needs. I first identify what the student is struggling with, then break the topic down into clear steps using examples, guided practice and exam-style questions. My goal is not just to help students get the answer, but to help them understand the process so they can become more confident and independent learners.
My lessons are best suited for high school students, especially Year 11 and Year 12 students needing support in English, Business, Accounting, Economics, exam preparation and assignment structure. I also offer math tutoring for primary and lower high school students who need extra help building their confidence and understanding.
My teaching method depends on the subject and year level. For English, Business, Accounting and Economics, I can support senior high school students with understanding theory, planning responses, structuring assignments, improving written expression and preparing for exams. For math, I prefer teaching primary and lower high school levels, where I can help with foundational skills.
A typical lesson usually goes for 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged for exam preparation, assessment support or more detailed revision.
