About Sophie
I am Sophie, an actor by trade and love to write. In 2021 I received £10,000 to write my own play about Endometriosis. I specialise in unheard voices and making classical literature accessible for everyone. Teaching is important to me, as I am dyslexic myself, the challenges we can face in conventional education inspire me to teach my own approach and how I succeed despite this.

I studied acting and Shakespeare at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, am a member of Soho Theatre’s writers lab and can also help with acquiring Arts Council Funding for your work.
