About Dr Randall

Dr. Randall T. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources Management, a Master of Management and Leadership, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership. Prior to his work as a academic instructor, tutor and mentor, he held the position of editor-in-chief at Community Media Services before taking the position of lead editor at the Superior Group. In both roles, he was held accountable for editorial accuracy, delegating tasks to staff members, and the training and management of his staff. Currently, he is enjoying the opportunity to engage in a personal ambition, which is to assist in shaping critical components of the future of students. For fun, over the years, Dr. Lewis has also worked as a popular radio disk-jockey (DJ), cranking out music, and talking to the masses. He brings a comprehensive set of skills that he believes will be valuable to his students. In his current academic instructor, tutor and mentor roles, he has honed his abilities in writing and listening, providing a firm foundation for teaching and tutoring. Moreover, his communication skills, people-centric nature, and compassion, have afforded him excellent interpersonal skills. Dr. Lewis is excited to contribute his talents and motivation toward bettering the futures of his pupils. As an engaging communicator with a proven track record in writing, coaching, and mentoring, his focus on building strong professional relationships has been a beneficial asset throughout his career.

About the lesson

Using language well, to speak and write, points to both terrific first impressions and enduring relationships. English is the language of the world. This means a proficiency in English communication is generally one's global key to success. As such, my learning platform is focused on meeting students where they are, and then having them build on that. Pupils will soak up some of the hard-learned knowledge I have gained from my many years of real-world, management experience in business, broadcasting, and publishing. It takes a proven leader to shape other leaders. The Dr. in front of my name speaks to my passion and commitment to leading others on to their success.
