About Nolie
I am currenlty an events coordinator, my qualifications include excellent people's skills due to my impaccable customer service background. In all my previous fields, dealing with people being individual or a group in a team or otherwise and with different age groups has become my speciality, every single day i deal with clients who need the perfect service and who are mostly very nervous to entrust me with it,I have also been quite fortunate to enroll in a Teacher assistants programme, though short lived i have learned how to think out of the box and also polish on my problem solving skills,i'm very passionate about making people aware of their greater potential

My teaching method is involving everyone in order to pick up areas that need special attention promptly,in a group situation one person that is stronger in another area can help the next and vice versa,more like a healthy competion and each person can feel powerful by helping the next in accordance to their given strong points. In an individual teaching space i focus on creating a space where questions are easily asked,space where no one fears the next person but only respect is exchanged...Reading is what i am mostly passionate about,from the style and choice of stories you are able to learn alot about a person, it is also a good fun way to improve on words pronouncation,spelling and so forth.
