About Jenny
Hi, I'm Jenny Medrano and I am here to support you in your path of empowerment! I have 10 years of coaching and consulting experience in the realm of organizational change management, and 4 years in the realm of career and life coaching. My style is focused on making you feel safe, warm and excited to shift your career into deeper empowerment. I do this by starting every session with a personal check-in, and asking intuitive questions that are determined based on your needs, energy and personality. I currently run my own life and career coaching business, Jenny Medrano Coaching, and I do career coaching with Superprof on the side. I have countless stories of past clients who have experienced empowerment in their career via promotions, raises, job transitions, starting businesses, and landing a job that perfectly fits their lifestyle. I'm all about finding the path of empowerment that works for YOU, and that means finding all possible opportunities and solutions that work. I'm experienced in forming unorthodox career paths that combine varying revenue streams. Our career coaching session can focus on any of the following: - career shifts or transitions in a new direction - discovering and landing the job of your dreams - attaining promotions or raises in your current position - attaining a leave of absence within your current position - navigating workplace tension and advocating for anti-racism, diversity, equity or inclusion efforts - supporting your leadership development - creating a powerful pitch for a promotion, job change, interview or presentation
