About Jyotirmay
Fitness completely changed my life. I was once overweight and struggled with consistency, discipline, and confidence. Through structured nutrition, calorie tracking, strength training, and mindset work, I lost over 40kg and built a sustainable lifestyle that I maintain today.
I am not a certified personal trainer, but I speak from real experience and years of practical learning. I understand what it feels like to start from zero, feel overwhelmed, and doubt yourself. That perspective allows me to guide beginners in a relatable and realistic way.
