Recent graduate from Columbia University in Russian Language, heritage speaker, and visiting student at University of Oxford in Russian looking to tutor Russian! Kind and artistic approach!

Maya has tutored me in Russian for the last few years. As someone with Russian family who spoke a little Russian at home, my vocabulary and grammar was very fragmented. Now, my family members are impressed with my ability to hold conversations with them and joke around about movie references, as well as help in the kitchen (a big rite of passage for a slavic family haha)! She has a very engaging and immersive teaching style, and tailors her lesson plans to your level. Appreciate all her help so far. I feel that now I am comfortably able to read more literature on my own and expand my knowledge.
