About Lauren
I am a recent graduate from the University of Nottingham where I studied BA (Hons) Modern Language Studies (French, Spanish and Portuguese), from which I graduated with a high 2:1. I continued my studies and did an MA at the same institution in Comparative Literature and graduated with Distinction in 2020. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of languages with aspiring linguists. I have had experience teaching and leading seminars during my university experience, and also worked in the English department at a French university where I assisted in teaching classes.

I can provide lessons from beginners' level right through to those studying university degrees. My lessons will be tailored specifically to your needs, whether you are learning a language for fun or seeking to improve your abilities for your upcoming exams. I endeavour to help students improve their skills in all areas of language studies; from written and oral communication / comprehension, grammar and vocabulary practice and exploring culture in depth. I will do everything I can to make our lessons fun, comfortable and engaging.
