I am a recent graduate from the university of Nottingham, with a degree in american and Canadian studies going onto a Primary Generalist PGCE. I have lead days based around American studies in the past for school children aged 8-10, with experience helping children both younger and older.

My teaching method tends to focus around each student, or how a group of students best learn, whether that be through fun activities or essay based words. Lesson structures would ensure that all aspects of the topics would be covered, as well as providing time for the students to ask questions. I would aim to make the experience as comfortable as I could to ensure that the students feel comfortable to ask challenging questions. Conclusions would play a massive part in lesson plans to ensure all students have the correct information necessary, and to help if they do not.
