About Katie
As a creative person I am always finding imaginative ways to send a message. Through teaching I enjoy problem solving and watching students flourish and grow in ways they didn't know they could at whatever pace they require. I have teaching experience from ages 5-16 and enjoy the challenges that come with this.

I take on a personal and creative approach to teaching. My background ranges from Musical Theatre to Acting for screen to scriptwriting therefore I understand the flexible and various needs of each student and cater to this. I have achieved LAMDA Grade 8 Acting and LCM Grade 8 Musical Theatre and received distinction for both equipping me for tutoring in both from Grades 1-8. I am also trained in Estill Voice level 1&2 which gives me a deeper anatomical perspective on the workings behind making sound. As someone who was accepted into 4 drama schools for both musical theatre and acting, I am well versed in the demands of the audition process and can offer support through this process as well as in choices of material.
