About Julia
I have just graduated from the London School of Economics, where I achieved a 2:1 in BSc Government. Alongside studying Politics modules, I also studied Spanish. I achieved a very high 2:1 in Spanish Proficiency in my third year, and have studied the language for 9 years, having started in Year 8 at school. I love being able to speak Spanish and would love the opportunity to teach this useful and beautiful language to other people.

My teaching method is primarily to make the learning fun, interactive and interesting. I have been taught Spanish by countless teachers, and it is very clear who has been the best. The best teachers blend an enthusiasm and joy of the language with excellent knowledge and command of the language. I would always try to speak in Spanish as much as possible, giving instructions in Spanish where possible given the ability level. I would also make sure never to make the students feel embarrassed or self-conscious when speaking aloud, as this was always something I worried about as a student.
I would be willing to tutor students from beginner up to A Level Spanish.
