About Felix
After completing a first class degree in Archaeology and Anthropology at Oxford University I pursued postgraduate studies at the V&A Museum and the Royal College of Art in London before returning to Oxford for my PhD. Alongside my academic work I have been tutoring since 2015 and over the years I have taught students at every stage, from GCSE through to postgraduate level.

Teaching has always been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. I aim to make lessons engaging, clear and enjoyable while ensuring that students build confidence in their abilities. My approach is highly flexible as I believe that every student learns differently and benefits from a style of teaching adapted to their strengths. I work with students to develop effective strategies for learning, whether that means breaking down complex ideas, practising structured essay writing or preparing for exams. I have also gained significant experience supporting students with SpLDs and I welcome learners with particular needs. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically but also to encourage genuine curiosity about their subjects so that lessons become something they look forward to rather than a task to get through.
