About Amelia
Hi! I’m Amelia, I’m 21 years old and I have recently graduated university. I am an english enthusiast and I absolutely love sharing my passion for the subject with others. I have 2 years of tutoring experience (tutoring GCSE and A-level english literature students), so I understand the importance of tailoring my sessions to suit your specific needs.
The reason why I have become a tutor is because I enjoy helping those who struggle with the subject (whether that be due to a general dislike of the subject, or due to dyslexia). I am a recently diagnosed dyslexic myself, so I do understand the struggles of reading/writing. But I want to show that with the right support, you can achieve your goals, and I will help you as much as I can to get you to your goals.

Thank you for taking interest in my advert!
I will take the time to understand your strengths and weaknesses in English literature, I have a range of different methods that I can use to help you gain the confidence you are looking for whilst studying english. My preferred method is active recall of information, but if you prefer a different method we can try that instead.
My lessons will range from 40-60 minutes per session.
I have recently graduated with a degree in English Literature and Philosophy & Ethics; I have had experience tutoring GCSE English literature/language students, as well as tutoring KS3 english students who speak English as a second language.
