About Mia
After my first ceramics class in undergrad, I fell in love! Ceramics is for everyone and I think that everyone deserves the chance to get to experience playing with clay. Whether you are looking improve upon the skills you have already, or are looking to for a way to simply have fun and try something new, these classes are for you! With the knowledge I have gained from a renown teacher, I am confident in my skills and ability to help others too. Let’s make some pots!

A typical lesson will start with a 10-15 minute demo, followed by your own time on the wheel with guided instruction. Depending on the form you choose to make, the amount of clay and time will be adjusted.
- Lessons are for all beginners and intermediate level throwers.
- Can accomodate to all ages!
- Knowledgable in 3 different making techniques, and willing to experiment with combination of them.
