About Afra
I have been teaching English for almost a decade. I have taught in High Schools in Queensland's South East, online to students in Hong Kong and mainland China and one-to-one with students from Homeschooling families. I love English and play lots of word games when I am not teaching.

My teaching philosophy and practice are based on Gardner's Multiple Intelligence Theory and on the Complex Thinking hierarchy established by De Bono. This requires me to firstly establish how my students process information and at what level they are currently working to establish a learning style and sequence which most suits them and will give them success while also stretching their skill set.
