About Julia
My first exposure to nutrition education was in high school. I took a nutrition class, was able to apply the principles of healthier eating and lost 40 pounds in one year! I've helped many others achieve their weight, nutrition and lifestyle goals. I would love to pass my knowledge on to those looking to make a lifestyle change or those interested in becoming a dietitian as well!

I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, licensed with the state of Tennessee. My lessons can be for anyone up to the undergraduate level and can be modified appropriately for level of education and experience. My method of instruction is that you get out of it what you put in. I have a passion for teaching nutrition and I believe we can always continue to learn better health and wellness practices.
