About Jacquelyn
Hi! I am an upbeat, positive person. I love adventure and trying new things. I am an R.Y.T., otherwise known as a Registered Yoga Teacher. That means I have done the hard work and the deep dive into practicing and teaching others. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 25 years. I credit yoga with giving me inner strength as well as physical strength. You should know that yoga practice can be very minimalistic and simple and that is something I love about it. Bare feet and a mat are all we need. Aside from yoga, I work out avidly with many different modalities; hiking, walking, running, kettlebell, and cycling. I can't wait to meet up with you and practice together.

I teach yoga using real-world uses, current music, and fun approaches. Yoga doesn't have to be serious to improve your health. I bring a balance of working to progress in your practice and a good attitude to creating change in your life and practice to the work we will do together. I am able to modify, as well as challenge my clients, depending on what they're looking to achieve. I also will make suggestions for how to incorporate your yoga into daily life.
