About Ally
I am between my sophomore and junior years in an engineering college for a B.S. in Biomathematics, essentially the crossroads of applied mathematics and biology. I took honors level math courses since middle school, but wasn't passionate about the subject until I took AB/BC calculus in my junior year of highschool. I began the year struggling, but went into school early in the mornings to learn the subject better and ended up having a really good base of calculus that carried me through my college courses. All of my math skills are sharp, and I practice different problems daily. Most recently, I have taken Biometry (Biostatistics) and differential equations, but I have taken (and passed with an A) Calculus 1 and Calculus 2.

Let me know what topics you are learning! I have recent textbooks from both college and highschool to reference, and have made study guides of my own for students before. What helps me most is learning through examples, so we will work through textbook examples in lessons (we can work on homework too if you are struggling). Through examples, patterns and rules will be noted and I will have a sheet at the end with everything we covered in the session.
