About Gennaro
I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Psychology and my aptitude has always been listening deeply to, and understanding, people.
I am intuitive, highly empathic and have a strong attention to detail. I am a natural "detective" at identifying and breaking down the core of your issues and how to best implement changes.
For the last ten years I've been using my skills working with a wide range of people, from different ages and backgrounds.

I help people by facilitating behaviour and lifestyle changes and installing new helpful habits, in the areas of relationships, health and wellbeing.
I will be your "Personal Coach for Life".
I typically take a few sessions to carefully listen and understand the needs of the client. Then I create some tailored exercises for us to work on the areas of your life you wish to change. As we progress, we regularly review your achievements and set new goals.
