About Tanisha
I am currently a year 13 student, studying Law, psychology and criminology. I have been a senior school council for 5 consecutive years and student counsellor for 1 year in my school. I am a diligent and persevering student, my main goal is to ensure I time manage my studies, extracurriculars and hobbies. I understand it is hard to be perfect, however, even when I struggle I push myself to the best of my ability. I stay organised and on time for my deadlines. I play basketball and badminton, I am in a boxing club and I skate for fun.

I tend to focus on building their problem-solving and logical skills rather than having them memorise their content. This is to ensure they start feeling more confident and start developing. Over the years of being a teacher assistant, I have focused on engaging with the student according to their comfort. I simplify the content to make it easy for them to understand and not give up. I provide a safe space for my students and encourage them to raise any concerns they have.
