About Rafael
With a specialization in 3D Animation and VFX, I am currently perfecting and improving the technical knowledge and skills of 3D modeling and sculpture in ZBrush, modeling creatures for films and games. I learned the main techniques needed in the 3D course, and 3D sketching techniques with Rafael Grasseti (Art Director at Sony studios)

In my course I teach the basics of 3D sketching in ZBrush, and what is needed to create a creature from start to finish, from the base to details and painting. I teach techniques and tips to facilitate this journey and also the differences between a mere sketch and a finished model. Also included is rendering in ZBrush and composition for presenting the model and how to get a final image that highlights in the portfolio.
