About Sophie
Hi there, I love watching, playing and coaching basketball. I can offer mentoring to assist you through representative selection and playing. I can provide 1:1 or small group coaching to supplement your current trainings. I am able to provide strength and conditioning programs to improve your current performance with my qualifications as a physiotherapist.
