About Sweta
Presently I am enrolled in a collaboration Ph. D. between IIT Bombay and Monash University, Melbourne. My research is related to the field of photonics and I aim to develop novel fabrication techniques for manufacturing of photonic crystals. Currently, I am also working as a teaching assistant in IIT Bombay. Prior to this, I completed M. Tech from IIT(ISM), Dhanbad with a major in Electronics and Communication. My long term goal is to become a teacher and share the knowledge which I have gained over the years.

I approach a topic with a general introduction and try to develop a quest and curiosity in a student to know more about the topic. Further, I get into the complexities of the topic and prefer to explain with some real time examples so as to make it as simple as possible.
