About Brodhie
A Research Masters student in Archaeology and Heritage studies. I graduated in 2019 with a First Class Hons degree in History and Archaeology from the University of Nottingham, specialising in the politics of heritage. I have previous experience mentoring KS3 and KS4 students in a range from maths, English and basic science to humanities and design technology. I offer tutoring for undergraduate History and Archaeology; A-Ievel in History, Geography, Archaeology, Design Technology and General Studies; GCSE Mathematics, Geography, History and Religious Studies; and have experience tutoring primary school students for the 11+.

As a student I am aware that sometimes classes can be out of touch so I attempt to make my lessons relative to the individual's understanding, current affairs and popular culture. I use visual aids such as images and colour to help students remember topics, as well as inputting a creative edge with worksheets. As someone who had a successful experience with the 11+ and following qualifications, I believe I can give both first-hand experience and advice, as well as understanding the appropriate methods for learning. I keep my lessons engaging, tailored and focused on the individual.
