About Jennifer
I am a Research Assistant in Neonatal Neuroscience. I love music and am a health/nutrition nut. I have completed 2 undergraduate degrees, first in sociology and second in psychology and a minor in music. I have also completed a Master of Science in Neuroimaging for Clinical and Cognitive Neuroscience at The University of Manchester. I am passionate about encouraging others to do their best in their education. I teach in public areas like classrooms, study rooms, the library or even in the park when it’s sunny. I look forward to meeting you and figuring out how we can optimize resources and knowledge together.

I have 12 years of teaching experience and understand that every student requires different methodologies for learning curriculum. One model that many students I tutor identify with is the VARK model, combining visual, auditory, reading/writing, and kinesthetic approaches to learning. If the student does not identify with this model, I use a combination of other pedagogical approaches. Incorporating additional resources to supplement the material given to them in their classes.

Tuition price increases based on the skill level of the student.
Cancellation Policy: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy whereby if you are able to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will not have to pay tuition; however, unattended or cancelled lessons within 24 hours of your lesson will require you to pay full tuition.
