About Margaret
With 11 years of teaching experience and more than 300 students guided, I proudly serve as a saxophone tutor for high school and college learners. Teaching is my passion, and music is the language through which I help students build confidence, focus, and creativity. A proud milestone in my journey was guiding my students to successful performances at school and college events, where many received appreciation for their skill and discipline. Some of my students have also cleared music tests and earned seats in institutional bands. My teaching style is simple and practical. I focus on daily practice routines, correct breathing, tone control, finger accuracy, and rhythm training. I believe every learner grows at their own pace, so I give personal attention and constant encouragement. I aim to make learning joyful while maintaining strong discipline and dedication. For me, teaching saxophone is not just about lessons—it is about guiding students towards lifelong confidence through music.

My saxophone teaching is skill-focused and discipline-based. Through clear communication, I make sure students understand both basic and advanced concepts in a simple way. I explain why each technique is important so students learn with clarity. Accountability helps students stay disciplined. I guide students with daily warm-ups, scale practice, timing exercises, and song learning. Regular feedback and performance checks help students stay on track. Integrity means learning with full effort and honesty. I focus on posture, breathing, sound quality, finger speed, rhythm control, and musical accuracy. Step by step, I help students improve their technique and musical expression. Along with saxophone, I also teach music theory, rhythm counting, sight-reading, and basic harmony. My mission is to train students to become skilled, responsible, and confident saxophone players.
