About Nina
I am a Mathematics tutor with over 8 years of experience dedicated to helping students think with clarity and confidence. My Master’s degree in Actuarial Science has strengthened my analytical mindset and practical problem-solving approach. I have worked closely with gifted students and aspiring mathematicians, encouraging them to explore ideas beyond standard methods. My goal is to make mathematics both challenging and enjoyable.
I have designed and led problem-solving workshops that promote independent thinking and collaboration. I have also coached students for competitive mathematics, where precision and creativity are essential. These experiences have refined my ability to simplify complex ideas without losing their depth. I emphasise logical reasoning and structured thinking.
My focus lies in number theory and deep problem analysis. I enjoy guiding students through unique approaches that build confidence and curiosity. Each session is crafted to challenge and inspire. The satisfaction of solving a difficult problem is unmatched, and I strive to share that experience while expanding students’ analytical abilities.

My methodology in teaching Mathematics is based on clarity, structure, and consistent practice. I combine core Maths with data interpretation, graphing, and statistical thinking. Students learn how to analyse numbers and understand trends effectively. This is important for both exams and research work.
I use structured exercises and guided explanations in every session. Problems are broken into smaller steps to improve understanding. I also include data-focused tasks that build logical thinking. This approach helps learners who struggle with Maths gain confidence. It also challenges analytical learners to refine their skills.
I emphasise reasoning and understanding rather than memorisation. Students are encouraged to ask questions and explore different methods. I provide support while helping them become independent thinkers. This improves both confidence and performance.
We work together to refine your data analysis skills and strengthen problem-solving ability. My aim is to make Mathematics simple and effective.
