I am a retired teacher who is passionate about helping students reach their academic goals and instilling confidence in their learning capacities. On a personal level, I enjoy reading, traveling, running, and spending time with my family. Getting to know my students' interests and strengths helps me tailor lessons so I can incorporate those items into my lessons.

I am a licensed Minnesota educator with more than 25 years of teaching experience. Throughout my career, I have worked with students of all ability levels- from those who need extra support in reading and writing to honors and Advanced Placement students preparing for college -level work.
