Dr. Gail Brady is not just a wonderful person, but one of the greatest teachers. I’ve worked with Gail for over 8 years and she led an amazing school with a tough population. She trusted us to do what we do best by leading us with the best practices to be our best. Our scores for a Title I school went up 20-30 points to the high 80’s and 90’s. This is almost unheard of with an 80+ percent ESL population. She has an open door policy and will use the people around her to their strengths. I grew as an educator and leader through Dr. Brady. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her. I don’t know if you can get anyone better.
