About Siphelele
I am a very approachable individual, people find it really easy to reach out to me.
I make sure the relationship I have with the people I always work with is being professional and also I make sure that we treat each other with respect.
I am highly confident and can work with different kinds of people.
I am able to identify different types of students/learners and I try by all means to make sure they have their own study techniques.
I have been working with people since high school, I was the head boy, a couch in volleyball, and also I was helping some learners who were struggling with their studies where in can.
even now here in varsity, I tutor learners in the local school voluntary in my spare time and help with the community engagement programs also.

First of all, I work hand-in-hand with the learner to identify the problem or what does the learner not understand clearly. the we develop a strategy of how are we going to tattle the problem we have and also develop a solution.
I can speak English and Xhosa proficiently and I can teach both of them.
When giving a lesson to students, I expect them to participate and engage to the lesson, I will ask them questions to check if they have grasped the content and understood it.
I examples of things from their everyday lives so that it can be easy for them to understand.
I specialize with students/learners that are struggling with English language, since some of them are not English speakers or the English is not their mother tongue.
