About Jose
While I am still a student, I have been tutoring many subjects for years. I started doing under-the-table paid tutoring when I was 12 years old, I continued helping my peers with geometry, trig, and calc AB all through high school, and I now want to continue tutoring calculus until I graduate, at which point I plan to become a high school teacher in mathematics.

When teaching, I believe none of the information will stick without establishing a relationship. In other words, a student is less likely to want to learn from me if they don’t like me. I aim to make sure that even if you’re not someone who likes math, the experience of learning the material is fun and digestible rather than throwing practice problems at you until you get it.
