About Paul
In 2019 I completed my bachelor degree in jazz saxophone at the University of Music and Performing Arts Mannheim. I have been enjoying playing the saxophone for about 14 years and am very passionately on stage myself. With my own band projects I have already played at festivals such as the Jazzopen Stuttgart, Fusion Festival, Stimmen Festival Lörrach and legendary Montreux Jazz Festival. With an average of around 60 concerts per year, I have become quite experienced in the business over the years. I started teaching about five years ago, both privately and at music schools. It is very important to me to pass on my love for music and everything that goes with it and to convey the complexity and beauty in it to my students.

In one-to-one lessons I would like to show students different doors in music to jazz and popular music and convey excitement and joy in this complex and magical science. The lessons are atmospherically relaxed and should stimulate personal interest. Above all, it is very dependent on the student, as I try to adapt to you individually in this regard, because music is a very subjective thing. Beginners as well as advanced learners of all ages are welcome!

Perfect! Der Unterricht bei Paul hat mich schon nach kurzer Zeit vorangebracht. Paul gibt mir die sehr praktische Impulse und gestaltet seinen Unterricht so, dass ich meine Ziele erreichen kann. Dazu ist er noch sehr nett! Ich freue mich auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit und empfehle ihn gerne weiter.
- Stefan ist mit einem tollen Grundniveau angekommen, wodurch es mit diesem sehr angenehmen Menschen umso mehr Spaß gemacht hat, loszulegen! Er ist sehr ambitioniert und fleißig und zeigt auch im Unterricht viel Eigeninitiative. Freue mich, hoffentlich noch lange mit ihm Unterricht zu machen.Paul's response :
