To hold a class , what we primarily require in the students is discipline. And by that, I mean to make them internally realise the will to learn. I do not promote rote-learning and in order to especially take care that kids are actually learning something, I put them on a series of evaluation. Evaluation is what shapes the brain-tells it where it should fix it's boundaries. Most times, lack of evaluation drives kids to score less on official exams, resulting in slipping of grades, an obvious lack of confidence and low self esteem.
