About Diya
Teaching and tutoring is my passion. My first and foremost priority is to watch my students learn, grow, and embrace English. I am an avid reader and writer. Most recently, I was enlisted by Khan Academy, Schoolhouse, and CollegeBoard to be an official SAT English tutor. I have taught over 40 students, and am confident in my ever-evolving teaching methods, style, and foundations.

I believe firmly in interactivity being a forefront of lessons! I emphasize creativity and active conversation as the gateway to improvement. My teaching style is individually curated to ensure positive growth and increased knowledge retention. As a tutor, I am passionate about helping my students, and will never hesitate to go the extra mile to help them learn. Additionally, I've been a Schoolhouse/CollegeBoard official SAT English Tutor for the last year, and am thorough with their official curriculum. Because of this, I am extremely thorough with the SAT and exactly how to succeed.
