About Lilian
Hello! I’m 26 and currently studying for a degree in specialising in Chemistry. I have experience teaching and supporting children across a wide range of ages and abilities. • I previously taught Mathematics at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school, and I’ve worked as a Teaching Assistant in a middle school for two years. • I’ve also tutored students from KS1 through to KS4 in both Maths and Science. I aim to make learning engaging and accessible, adapting my approach to suit each child’s individual needs, particularly those with SEN. My approach to teaching is assessing a students ability and building on their current understanding. It’s important to me that my students understand what they are learning as this facilitates remembering it. I like to use a variety of resources and identify each students learning style to fully support them in reaching their full potential.
