I am a teacher, Department Leader, Mom, Grandma and love doing what I do. I love the moment when students "get it". I take the time to make sure students are getting what they need, both academically and emotionally...praise works. I put a lot of the Mom-Me into what I do every day.

I have over 25 years of experience teaching High School and Middle School science. I have excellent results on state exams (NYS certified in Earth and Space Science, Biology and General Science 7-12). I work with ENL Students (mainly Spanish-speaking) at all levels, ICT students who need a lot of scaffolding and have many modalities and activities to support any student needs. I have a large personal library of many different support materials for any type of student.
