Hi, I’m Francesca, a Second-year Mathematics and Philosophy student at King’s College London, achieving a First-Class average . I have A* grades in Maths and Further Maths at A-Level and have experience tutoring GCSE students, leading puzzle-based maths sessions, and completing a teaching internship in mathematics.

My lessons are designed to make mathematics clear, engaging, and confidence-boosting. I focus on breaking down complex problems into simple, manageable steps, and I adapt my explanations to suit each student’s learning style. I use a mix of worked examples, practice questions, and problem-solving activities to encourage independent thinking while ensuring key exam techniques are covered.
A typical lesson is one hour long, though I can adjust the length depending on the student’s needs and concentration level.
I am a second-year Mathematics and Philosophy student at King’s College London, currently averaging a First. I have experience tutoring GCSE students, leading puzzle-based maths sessions through my school’s Euclidean Society, and completing a teaching internship where I supported and delivered mathematics lessons in a classroom setting.
My lessons are best suited for secondary school students KS3, GCSE and A level students, who want to strengthen their maths skills, build confidence, or prepare for exams.
